All the hotels and the venue will be in the same district of Seoul. From the Incheon Seoul International Airport, you can take the shuttle bus, called Limousine bus or hire a taxi. The Limousine bus will be cost-effective and also recommended.

• From the Incheon Airport, it takes about an hour-and-a-half and 50 minutes if you arrive on the Gimpo Airport by Limousine bus service. Time may vary according to traffic condition but the cost will be KRW13,000(Approx. USD 13)
• Korean Air Limousine Bus: In front of gate 4B of Incheon Airport Terminal, the KAL Limousine bus is available to Renaissance Seoul Hotel.
• City Air Terminal Bus: Just next to the KAL Limousine Bus platform, non-stop shuttle service is available to Samsungdong city air terminal. The city air terminal is 3 blocks away from the Renaissance Seoul hotel and one block from the Ibis hotel.
• The taxi fare from the Incheon International Airport to the Hotel is approximately KRW 60,000(Approx. USD 60); Black Cabs cost approximately KRW 80,000(Approx. USD 80). The fares may vary, depending on traffic condition.
• Chauffeured cars are available for hire between the Hotel and Incheon International Airport. The car rental service, with chauffeur, costs KRW110,000 (Approx. USD 110) from the Hotel to the Airport, and 120,000(Approx. USD 120) from the Airport to the Hotel.
