All rates are subject to Hawaii State Room Tax which is currently 11.41%.

RESERVATIONS:  All reservations made by Reservation Cards should
be accompanied with a company or personal check made payable to
the Hilton Waikoloa Village or by credit card.  A minimum one (1)
night's deposit required.  All requests for reservations received
after May 31, 2002 will be subject to availability

CANCELLATION:  72 Hours prior to arrival date.  Cancellations within
this time will be assessed a one (1) night's penalty.  Payment will
be made for these cancellations by retention of initial deposit to
the hotel.

EARLY DEPARTURES: A $50.00 early departure will be billed to guest
who check out prior to the original departure date.  Guests wishing
to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before
check-in.

THIRD PERSON CHARGE:  There is no charge for children eighteen (18)
years of age and under sharing the same room as the parents and
using existing bedding.  There will be a charge of $35.00 for any
additional adult nineteen (19) years of age or older in a room.
The maximum number of persons in a room is four (4).
