Term Duration: September 2025 – April 2026
Committee Seats: 12
General Responsibilities & Expectations Include:
- Comfortable communicating in English in both written and oral communications
- Active participation in mailing list discussions
- Active participation in oral discussions via online conference call tooling
- Assist with soliciting submissions through industry networks
- Reviewing and grading presentation and workshop submissions using provided timelines
- Program committee members receive a discounted registration rate.
Note: Members of the VulnCon 2026 Program Committee are not eligible to submit talks, workshops, or other content submissions for the conference.
Meeting Commitments:
The following dates are subject to change and should be used as general guidance. Individual time zones will be considered during final scheduling to ensure maximum participation. Virtual meetings will be recorded for those that ultimately are unable to participate.
Please plan to commit at least one hour per call:
- September 2025 x1 – Introductory Meeting, Program Objectives, CFS Template
- October 2025 x2 – CFS Draft Comments Due and Review
- November 2025 x1 – Final Review of CFS and Approval to Publish
- December 2025 x1 – Touch Base on Submissions & Assignments before Break
- Early January 2026 x2 – Discuss the Review Process and Final Decisions
- February 2026 x2 – Final Decisions

About the Program Chair:
Cassi Rodano is a leader in the PSIRT at Dell Technologies. She leads a team that drives the end-to-end vulnerability response process, collaborating with global teams and product owners to execute Dell's vulnerability response strategy. Her focus is on modernizing PSIRT operations through standardization and automation, while building customer trust. Before joining Dell, she worked in product security at an industrial control systems (ICS) company, where she coordinated vulnerability response workstreams. In her free time, Cassi enjoys conquering virtual worlds in the video game Civilization.
