Note the following:

- Discounted rates are not offered for this event, regardless of membership status.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

  • Full admission to conference activities Monday through Thursday (1)
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks Tuesday through Thursday (2)
  • Entry to the Monday Welcome Reception
  • Entry to the Tuesday Networking Reception
  • Entry to the Vendor Hall
  • All applicable conference materials
  • Access to live streams and applicable apps

(1) A tentative off-site social event will require a separate ticket purchase. Details coming soon.
(2) Participants of Monday's pre-conference activites will be provided coffee breaks and a lunch.

Offsite Social Event Admission - Wednesday, April 15

An offsite social event is being planned for Wednesday, April 15 from approximately 19:00-21:00. Tickets to attend are $30 each. You may purchase a ticket during your main registration here, or use a separate purchase form found in your completed registration confirmation email if you need to buy your ticket separately from your main conference registration.

Online Registration Procedures and Registration Close

Registrations must be made online through the conference registration form.

Registration closes on April 6, 2026, at 19:00 UTC. Registration is based on availability and may close before the indicated date.

If you believe that you will be unable to submit your registration by the close date, please email events@first.org and the events team will be happy to work with you to ensure you have a ticket.

Accepted Payment Methods and Online Registration Procedures

Accepted payment methods include credit cards and wire transfers. Physical checks will not be accepted.

A PDF invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email. If you require any modifications to the document, or require a purchase order (PO), please email for assistance.

As a reminder:

  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
  • Payment must be made in USD.
  • Payment is due NET 30 unless a PO has been supplied.
  • Cash is NOT an acceptable form of payment.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

Please see the following cancellation schedule for full admission:

  • Registrations cancelled between the submission date and 120 days (December 15, 2025) in advance of the Event start date will incur a $20 penalty.
  • Registration cancellations received between 119-60 (December 16, 2025-February 13, 2026) days in advance of the Event start date will incur a $80 penalty.
  • Registration cancellations received between 59-30 (February 14-March 14, 2026) days in advance of the Event start date will incur a $160 penalty.
  • No cancellation refunds will be processed after 30 days of the Event start date.

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact events@first.org with your substitution request. Please include your registration ID number (located in your email confirmation) with your request.
