Conference Fees

Early conference fee (by 18:00 GMT, April 25)	$1900 USD
Early member conference fee (by 18:00 GMT, April 25)	$1500 USD ($400 USD discount)
Late conference fee (after 18:00 GMT, April 25)	$2200 USD
Late member conference fee (after 18:00 GMT, April 25)	$1700 USD ($500 USD discount)
Single day conference fee	$800 USD
Paper Presenter fee (one per presentation)	$500 USD (one per presentation)

The early fee US$1900 (US$1500 for members) will be available up until 18:00 GMT April 25. If payment has not been received by 18:00 GMT April 25, registrants will be charged the late fee US$2200 (US$1700 for members). This applies to registrants submitting purchase orders, bank/wire transfers, and checks.
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.

Event Recognition Letter

What full conference registration fee includes?

• Attendance at all conference sessions (except closed meetings for which you must be qualified/authorized to attend)
• Morning & afternoon tea and lunches during conference hours
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception Icebreaker and Conference Dinner
• All conference materials

What single-day registration fee includes?

• Attendance at all conference sessions at that single day (except closed meetings for which you must be qualified/authorized to attend)
• Morning & afternoon tea and lunches during conference hours
• One ticket to the Conference Banquet (if applicable)
• All conference materials

Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference should contact the Conference Registration Office, first-2008@first.org. Please include your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Please note that this procedure aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the conference.
