Note the following:

• Sponsors and speakers should see the FIRST Events Office for their specific registration instructions.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

• Dependent on your ticket type, a daily welcome coffee, buffet lunch, and two coffee breaks will be provided (1)
• Entry to the Networking Reception
• Entry to the Exhibitor Hall
• All applicable conference materials

(1) Registration for workshops are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online Registration Procedures and Registration Close

Registrations must be made online through the conference registration form.

Registration closes on April 13, 2027, at 19:00 UTC. Registration is based on availability and may close before the indicated date.

If you believe that you will be unable to submit your registration by the close date, please email events@first.org and the events team will be happy to work with you to ensure you have a ticket.

Accepted Payment Methods and Online Registration Procedures

Credit cards and wire transfers are acceptable payment methods. Physical checks will not be accepted. If you require a PO, please complete the Pay Later registration form accordingly and then send an email to for a quotation.

Your invoice will be sent electronically to the email provided during the online registration process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your invoice copy.

As a reminder:

• Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration.
• Payment must be made in EUR.
• Payment is due NET 30 unless a PO has been supplied.
• Cash is NOT an acceptable form of payment.
• If you need a modification to your invoice, require splitting payment, or have any questions, please email BEFORE submitting your registration.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

Please see the following cancellation schedule for full admission:

• Registration cancellations received on or before December 22, 2026 (120 or more days prior to the Event start date) will incur a €50 cancellation fee.
• Registration cancellations received between December 23, 2026 and March 21, 2027 (31 to 119 days prior to the Event start date) will incur a €300 cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations received on or after March 20, 2027 (30 days or fewer prior to the Event start date).

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact events@first.org with your substitution request. Please include your registration ID number (located in your email confirmation) with your request.
