- October is a busy month in Rio de Janeiro, with major Tourism demand on lodging. Due to that, it is suggested to book as soon as possible.
- The event will be held at Windsor Barra Hotel, thus this is one of the recommended hotels. Nevertheless, we also recommend the Meliá Confort Barra Hotel since it provides a more affordable rate. During the event time, it will be provided free transfer between both hotels.
- When contacting hotels for reservations, please reference the following discount code RNP, in order to get the special rate arranged.
- The deadline for reservations at a discounted rate on Meliá Confort Barra Hotel and Windsor Barra Hotel was extended until Sep 25th, 2006, after which confirmation will depend on availability.
- Shuttle Service from the International Airport "Galeao" Tom Jobim (GIG) to both hotels is available hourly during the day (3 passengers at least), or can be booked on demand. The cost is R$ 15,00 - aprox. US$ 7,00. More information at http://shuttlerio.com.br/br/saiba_mais.php.
