Agenda At-A-Glance

The following preliminary agenda has been provided to help participants of the conference plan their travel prior to the publishing of the detailed agenda in March 2024. Please see the Call for Speakers page details and important dates relating to the program agenda.

Times are reflected in host city's local time (UTC +9). All pre-conference and conference activities--including FIRST hosted social activities unless otherwise note--will take place on property at the Hilton Sea Hawk Fukuoka.

A Note on Training: Sunday pre-conference training activities are limited opportunities for interested delegates. A separate registration and fee of $300 US for Members and $500 US for Non-members apply. Admission is first-come, first-served with an early opportunity given to FIRST members. Training registration includes coffee breaks, lunch, and applicable materials. A detailed agenda and registration can be found at here.

All other Sunday activities are open to conference delegates with no other pre-registration required.
