Draft Presentation or Talking Point Outline Due for Review: May 15, 2026
Final Presentations Due for Review: June 1, 2026
Provide Final Presentation Slides (Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides): July 1, 2026

*Reminder: Your final slides should be PDF or PPT. If you are using Google Slides please let the FIRST Event Staff point of contact know.

Last Minute Slide Modifications (if you plan to provide slides to the Event Staff vs bring your own):

If you have any modified presentation slides that need to be loaded last minute, please be sure to check-in with a FIRST Events team member at the registration desks to ensure the facility AV is ready for your presentation. If you are running extra late, please go directly to your session room and speak to your AV technician for assistance.
