Conference Venue

The 38^th Annual FIRST Conference will be held June 14–19, 2026, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colorado, USA. Unless otherwise noted, all conference programming will take place at the hotel.

Conference Accommodations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Denver at a discounted rate for participants of the FIRST annual conference. Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi is included. Rates are quoted per room, per night, and do not include applicable taxes and service charges.

Discounted rates may be accessible up to three days pre and post of the official conference dates and are based on availability through May 15, 2026.

May 7: Important Update Affecting Check-out After the 19th

The group rate is no longer available after the night of the 18th (your check-out date is the 19th). If you would like to stay at the Sheraton through the weekend, you have two options:

Option 1: Book Online

• Make two separate reservations: one at the group rate (through the 19th) and a second reservation for the additional nights at the prevailing rate.
• Email your confirmation numbers to events@first.org, and our team will work with the hotel to link the reservations so you can remain in the same room for your entire stay.

Option 2: Call Reservations

• Call the Sheraton Denver reservation line at 1‑888‑627‑8405.
• This line connects directly with the hotel, and an agent can assist you with booking.
