Event Schedule

WorkAdventure will open Sunday, June 6 at 21:00 UTC and close Wednesday, June 6 at 20:00 UTC. Between those dates, WorkAdventure will be available 24-hours daily to registered attendees of the FIRST Conference.

Keep in mind that WorkAdventure will be busiest during these promoted times:

  • Sunday, June 6 | 21:00-22:00 UTC - Opening Social Event
  • Monday, June 7 | 12:00-17:00 UTC - Conference Day 1 and Sponsor Social Event: Scavenger Hunt and Gold Sponsor Trivia Raffle
  • Tuesday, June 8 | 12:00-12:16:30 UTC - Conference Day 2 and End of Day Open Social Hour
  • Wednesday, June 9 | 12:00-16:00 UTC - Conference Day 3 and Closing Social Hour

About the Social Events

Sunday, June 6 Opening Social | 21:00-22:00 UTC

An informal opportunity for you to take a swing through the FIRSTCON21 WorkAdventure world before we get started Monday. Familiarize yourself with how WorkAdventure works and test out features of the map. This is a chance for you to also meet and greet with others from around the globe. Keep in mind that no "formal" conference activities will be taking place during this hour. Enjoy!

Monday, June 7 Social Event with Scavenger Hunt and Gold Sponsor Trivia | 16:00-17:00 UTC

Our official social event kicks off at 16:00 UTC! Meet and greet with our awesome conference sponsors and hangout with your peers during this promoted social hour post-sessions. The scavanger hunt will open up Monday morning and we will be reading off several Gold Sponsor trivia questions throughout the social hour for prizes.

Tuesday, June 8 Open Social Hour | 15:30-16:30 UTC

Another informal promoted social hour for attendees, speakers, and sponsors to gather and continue their networking. Enjoy!

Wednesday, June 9 Closing Social Hour | 14:45-16:00

Final call to meet and greet with your peers! Sadly all good things must come to end. Please swing by and hangout before we close up our WorkAdventure world at 20:00 UTC.
