Speaker Ready Room at Conference
There will be a speaker ready room at the Fairmont where you can grab a coffee or water and prepare for your talk. The room name is TBD.
Last Minute Slide Modifications (if you plan to provide slides to the Event Staff vs bring your own)
If you have any modified presentation slides that need to be loaded last minute, please be sure to check-in with a FIRST Events team member at the registration desks to ensure the facility AV is ready for your presentation. If you are running extra late, please go directly to your session room and speak to your AV technician for assistance.
