Registration for the upcoming symposium is open. Registrations must be made online and using one of the two forms found below.
The registration fee for this event is a flat EUR 120,00. Fees will be charged in EUR. There will be no member/non-member discounting available.
FIRST Member Teams and Liaison Members will have the first opportunity to register before opening to the general public. Member registration period runs October 17-31, 2022. General public registration opens November 1, 2022.

If you with to pay your registration fee by ACH, wire transfer, or PO--please use the form below. If you require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, please use this form below and please be sure you have referenced our travel advice page found in the event sub-menu.
Due to the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the first day of the event and receive a full (100%) refund. Registrations cancelled within 7 days of the first day of the event will incur a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the total ticket price purchased and inclusive of any applicable tax and service. No cancellation refunds will be permitted after the event begins. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute an attendee, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest opportunity for instructions. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process after a request has been received and confirmed.
