Join us for the fourth edition of Balkan Cybersecurity Days! Organized in collaboration with our partners AKSK and DCAF, the event will take place from March 18-20, 2026, in Shkodër, Albania.
Once again, we are bringing together cybersecurity professionals from the public and private sectors. The agenda will include a high-level opening, a panel discussion on 'Protecting and Recognizing the Invisible Critical Information Infrastructure’, and expert plenary sessions in response to FIRST’s Call for Papers. Day two and three will feature more plenary sessions and technical training sessions.
This event is organized within the framework of DCAF's regional project, ‘Programme for Good Governance in Cyber Security in the Western Balkans’, funded by the United Kingdom’s Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
The language of the event is English.
The main venue for the event is the Colosseo hotel located at Rruga Kole Idromeno Shkodër, Albania. The second venue is Rozafa hotel – 2 minutes walking distance from Collosseo hotel. The Third venue: Golden Palace - for technical trainings – 3 minutes walking distance from Collosseo hotel.
Participation at the event is free of charge; participants and their organizations are responsible for travel and accommodation.
