Description of Constituency	Being a managed security service provider, the constituency of DCSO-CERT effectively consists of any of DCSO’s service customers. In general, constituency is therefore established by entering into a signed contract / service agreement with DCSO. The potential customer base addressed by DCSO’s service offering (and therefore the potential DCSO-CERT constituency) primarily consist of corporations within the mid-size to enterprise market segment, which are headquartered within the DACH region.
