Description of Constituency	The constituency of the National CSIRT of Moldova encompasses a broad range of stakeholders within the national cybersecurity ecosystem. It includes: Government agencies at central and local levels, regulatory bodies, and public institutions. Critical infrastructure operators, such as entities involved in energy, water supply, transportation, healthcare, and telecommunications. Financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and other regulated financial service providers. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and other network operators that ensure national connectivity and communication services.
