AGM Update

FIRST holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) during the Annual Conference. The 2026 FIRST AGM will take place on June 15, 2026 22:00 UTC (16:00 MDT, local time) and will also be streamed for observation.

The Membership can influence the course of FIRST, not only by electing Board of Director members during the annual (online) election, but also by making proposals of any kind - ranging from minor changes to policies unto activities impacting the whole of FIRST. All team primary representatives should review and update their voting rep before 12 May 2026. The voting will be done using our online voting tool BigPulse and team reps will be sent credentials and instructions prior to the voting window opening on 21 May (closing 4 June). Results of the election and any motions will be shared during the AGM and a business update will follow.
