Event Venue: Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort Convention Center

The event will take place at the Barceló Bávaro Beach Resort Convention Center, one of the largest and most modern convention centers in the Dominican Republic. It is located on Carretera Bávaro, Km 1, Bávaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, inside the facilities of the Barceló Hotels.

These special rates apply from 2 May 2019 to 14 May 2019, for a minimum stay of 4 nights during the specified time frame. Before and after these dates, the Hotels’ regular all-inclusive rates will apply, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT Notice for Attendees Staying in Other Hotels | Conference Center Fee Information

Participants who decide to stay in a hotel other than the event venue will be responsible for transferring to the Convention Center. In this case, each person must pay the equivalent of a “Day pass” (US$60.00) to enter. The Day Pass will allow them to use the facilities and enjoy food and beverages until 6:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Only participants who are registered for either the FIRST Symposium and/or LACNIC 31 and have paid their registration fee, may get a 50% discount on the Day pass.

The Day pass payment with discount (USD 30) will be requested by the hotel each day, at the moment of entering the complex.
