This is an open call for paper and workshop submissions for the 2023 FIRST Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Conference, November 6-8, 2023. The event will be hosted at the Mercure MOA Hotel in Berlin, Germany and is open to FIRST members and non-members. The program consists of three full days: one day of concurrent workshop tracks and two days of plenary sessions.
TLP:CLEAR proceedings will be live streamed and recorded. No press will be admitted.
Speakers may stipulate that their sessions be treated as confidential and all attendees are expected to respect this. Breaches of the FIRST Code of Conduct (including failing to respect the confidentiality of certain sessions) have consequences.

FIRST is seeking workshop submissions related to the above topics. There are three full or half-day tracks to be filled.
Authors of accepted presentations will receive a complimentary registration to attend the CTI symposium. Limit two per accepted presentation. *Please take this into consideration when submitting the total number of authors.
Workshop presenters and assistants of accepted workshops will receive one complimentary registration each.
Complimentary registrations are non-transferable.
All talk and training proposals should be submitted via EasyChair using the link below. If you are new to EasyChair, a registration will be required before accessing the submission form.
Full papers will be given preferential treatment over abstract-only submissions but all submissions will be given full consideration.
Virtual presentation submissions are welcome; you may indicate your presentation method within the CFP form.
Submissions which the Programming Committee determines to be product pitches will be rejected.
Again, all submissions must be received by 23:59 UTC May 9, 2023.
