This technical meeting will examine the stability and resilience of global Internet infrastructure, with a special focus on critical shared components such as the but not restricted to the Domain Name System (DNS) and the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP). In addition to exploring their vulnerabilities and policy implications, the event will highlight how these infrastructures are used in incident detection, mitigation, and coordinated response.
We invite contributions addressing the operational, research, and policy aspects of these systems and their role in strengthening incident response practices. The conference welcomes both incident responders and policymakers, featuring a dedicated policy track to foster dialogue between technical and governance communities. We encourage diverse perspectives and participation from across the Internet ecosystem.
This TC will be part of the 2026 Geneva Cyberweek.
